100mgs deca durabolin /week
5 caps hcgenerate/day
would add 5 caps of n2guard/day minimum
gear not high and you can control the sides with n2guard and hcgenerate will help plump the nuts

Again you are correct with the cardio. After 4 days of not doing anything, I really wanted some more lifting time, so I cut my cardio to get more lifting in just for yesterday. Its about 4:30am, headed to the gym. I'm back on track this morning. Thanks for the accountability brother...

and on the cardio, better cut lifting and up the cardio, to get shredded cardio is #1.
