Ok this is a weird update, sounding like a female..Lol...but I have to share. I always wear a belt because I do not have an ass, so I buy the same size pants.. Well I found some pants in the back of my closet that were basically new but the didn't fit. I put them on today... I have lost a whole pant size. I went from 36/34 to 34/34..... thx bros

@dominion7 I see that cardio is at 30min now PERFECT!
protein has to go up add a shake or bar but you need to push it to 200
 
Ok bros, another small thing I want to share. I am loving this transformation more & more..I've been at a desk for many years, and today I looked down and I see veins in my arm when I am doing nothing but clicking a damn mouse. This is new for me. I am loving the cut, and hopefully more vasculararity will come. Any suggestions to adding something specifically for vascularity to my upcoming stack? Or leave it alone?

When it comes to shoulders I have to, I'm still nursing the rotator cuff issue... is the weight to low in other areas as well?
