Alright, time to chow down. 2cups uncooked rice(maybe 4 cooked) 2cups broccoli, 14oz shaved steak. Drenched in balsamic vinegar..it's a lot, but if I don't finish it, I'll hit it again in a couple of hours

Good Lord I'm stuffed, but it will pass quickly. I might take a suggestion from one of the bros that mentioned eating a few pieces of pineapple... here is the damage done for now

I am trying 1 cup frozen pineapple. The first I can tell you is, it totally zaps the sweet tooth I get after eating a meal. When I'm fat, I want a bowl of rainbow sherbert, or a bowl of chex cereal I don't care which type. Thanks for the tip

Your meals look awesome bro. Glad to see the pineapple is doing the trick. I love learning little things like that, that can make a big difference in the end.

Being frozen pieces of pineapple made it even more of a treat for me. The past two weeks is the longest I've went in years without sherbert in the evening. I'm going to look for some frozen papaya as well. One bro was pushing for me to stay under 100carbs. I know it's best for me, but it's tough doing an 18hr fast everyday and staying under 100..but I'll get there...the hunger is getting easier every day, but the cravings is what is taking longest to go away. Thx for the support bro..this EVO family is freaking awesome

avoid pasta , stick to burger with some lettuce

thats the same toast as above right? I would stick to avocado with some fiber stay low carbs

you can make your own high protein ice cream bro, @PrinceDaddy you can check his log with protein ice cream
 
@dominion7 make sure you keep carbs under 50 grams, what are your macros like now?
I honestly do not know the percentages between my macros. At the moment I'm just trying to watch my carbs which mainly consist of veggies & rice and a couple pieces of toast. My fats are from avocados, olive oil, and animal fat. Only eating 6hours out of my day and staying under 100 carbs is tough, especially when I'm trying to focus on work. Staying under 50 carbs would really be tough, but I will get there. I've posted everything I have eaten in the past 5 days or so.
