Approved Log My TRT with Deca Durabolin Log

First meal of the day. Trying to cut carbs further while doing 18hr fasts sucks.. so I upped the greens & adding 1lb of grass fed beef with olives

@dominion7 much better you cutting carbs is perfect.
Fasting and this kind of diet will lean you out.

I assume we are in different time zones. I posted my training pic at about 6:30am EST yesterday. It was the 3miles & sauna. Then I don't get to eat until 5 1/2 hours later at Noon, and last meal about 5:30pm. Those pics were posted.
It's 4:15am EST right now, getting ready to drive to the gym and be there at 5AM EST. Shoulder/trap, more cardio day. Then I'll post meal at Noon & dinner before 6pm.

I attached a pic of entry #83 in log.
My question is: I'm currently doing my TRT of 180mg of cyp 200 once a week with 1ml og deca 200. I have about 3 weeks left. Should or could I start anavar 50mg a day with my TRT when I finish the deca?

20mins sauna

i would start the anavar why not
 
you can run the var, or you can stop the blast and go to trt for 12 weeks then do the var after
