My weak arm is bigger

So I just measured my biceps and my weak arm(left) is bigger than my stronger one.

Ugh I hate this.

Yup! Unfortunately the smaller muscle will grow more when doing equal weight to the stronger arm. Plus since it is likely a shorter muscle, the growth you achieve will disperse itself differently and create more width since it has limited room to grow in length. That's my unproven theory but it makes physical sense.

That is pretty normal. Even Arnold had one arm bigger than the other.

I can attest to this point Jack. my left arm is weaker, however it has a more "full" muscle belly, higher peak, and is wider. My right arm my stronger arm but the muscle appears inferior. however upon closer inspection its plain to see that although the muscle may be slightly smaller overall, the biggest difference in perception comes from the way that the muscle is dispersed on the frame of the arm. its longer and therefore thinner and flatter.

Its the same principle as 2 200lb bodybuilders standing next to each other and one is 5'6" and the other is 6'0". the shorter guys are going to look bigger everytime...

I think you're Ahead of the Game.
My Weak Arm has Better Definition, but my Strong Arm is Larger.
I Wish my Weaker Arm was larger, then it would be easy for me to bring up my Stronger Arm................ JP
P.S.
But like Snack said, you're always going to have 1 that is larger.

Exactly. Good example.
