N2BM charged me and didn't complete my order

Made an order for N2Guard on https://www.needtobuildmuscle.com/store/index.php?route=common/home , but when I tried to complete my order I got a notification saying "shipping information and billing information doesn't match" and I was still charged for my order despite it not going through.
Have already sent an email to customer service but uncertain if I'm going to get my money back or how long it's going to take
Anyone had similar experiences when ordering from N2BM? I live in Australia btw.
It's a shame I've heard so much good stuff about them

Any alternative sources that are reliable? Such as predatornutrition - anyone had good experiences ordering N2BM products from them?

did you give them 24 business hours to respond? they are on a different time zone

you shouldn't worry I'm sure they will resolve the issue, just give it time

n2bm is reliable. this sounds like a simple misunderstanding and miscommunication between n2bm and the payment processor.

just reach out to them and they will resolve it man.

Pretty sure they have a bunch of 'wholesalers only' products now. Buy via eBay etc

All got sorted within 24 hours - super quick
Apparently it's an issue with Australian buyers, and it was a temporary charge which will be returned to my bank acc in 2-3 days
Sasha was super helpful and I resent my order, shipping details and paid through paypal invoice - really accommodating
Can't recommend N2BM enough, hopefully this doesn't happen again I'll try see if I can get future orders through amazon but it feels like they're always out of stock

Had the same thing.
It's an Australian issue for some reason.
Iv also had mine taken away at customs 2 times (hadn't bought direct but ended up buying off eBay) so this time went direct. had this same issue with money gone but no order.

I gave up on them., Ordered some other stuff in Aus that night and got it derived in 48hrs.

Did reach out to N2 and they advised the money would be resent which took just over a week to do so.
They then said they can make an invoice and do it from that but after all the issues and trouble I had I didn't bother
