alright my uncle has some live problems from drinking, i wont go into detail but yea its a problem even think he has like real nasty liver sides, trying to help him, would giving him n2guard with tudca really help him? i hope so

Yes, BUTTTTT DO NOT Take TUDCA before drinking alcohol, IT DOES NOT PROTECT from alcohol when taken before drinking and actually causes more damage. Have him take it sometime a few hours after his last drink, or several hours before his first drink. Maybe right before bed unless he goes to bed drunk. Honestly, im gonna have to recommend NOT to give it to your Uncle man. Get something without TUDCA if he's an alcoholic there's probably very little window of opportunity for safe use in this scenario.

I agree that your uncle needs to seek medical treatment. I'm a nurse and liver issues do not resolve easily. He needs to find out how well his liver is functioning guys before adding supplements that will metabolize on the liver.

I had one of those too, got him on milkthistle and ALA it helped prolong the inevitable but as others have mentioned he has to quit drinking and help himself heal the body.

Def would help. I would also look into some NAC, as it is very effective

Def, he def needs to see a doc. N2guard will most def help the liver but I'd be hesitant recommending any supps to him unless he checks with a doctor first.
