I use 7-10caps daily with n2guard on cycle and 3 caps off cycle

now to your questions
1) well depends on your cycle, regular injectable cycle 300mgs test 5 caps is fine but full orals and big mgs you need full 7caps

2) it helps with prolactin but you still need cabergoline dostinex if you have high prolactin, n2guard is for organ liver support first of all
