Newbie Brother
My next napsgear cycle will be for bulking
I’m 6’ tall and 193 pounds. 14% body fat. Want to stay under 16% but want to get stronger
My plan is:
Naspgear deca durabolin 300mgs a week
Napsgear test cyp 500mgs a week
Napsgear dianabol 25mgs a day
12 weeks except for dbol which will be 4 weeks
Training 5x per week and eating 3500 cals per day with 250g protein
What do you think?

I like the stack but I'd up the caloric intake to atleast 4k a day and 300mg protein

way too much bloat here.

i wouild drop the dbol for tbol or var. and then run proviron the rest of the way when you stopt he oral

always need a dht with nandrolones
 
Do you have a pretty good handle on what your current maintenance calories are? I wouldn’t go much about maintenance plus 500 if you want to stay lean, no matter what gear you are on. Slow and steady wins the race when it comes to bulk. To me 3500 seems pretty spot on, but I am just checking.

I like your cycle actually add some aromasin from geneza pharma

up the protein but cycle is good
 
make sure you using geneza pharma gear on this cycle
 
add 20mgs aromasin and 25mgs proviron from geneza
