Napsgear Delivery/Tracking?

Hello all,
Recently I bought 5 vials of test e as well as an ai. Also my pct stuff. I got it all from naps gear about a month ago and it said it shipped last month in December, and I recently looked on the order/shipping page for my order and it said it was out for delivery yesterday, I still havent gotten anything or any type of updates. I submitted a few tickets and I came here looking for clarity. if u can help that would be so great, thanks!

@JohnnyBoy6959 welcome to the EVO family Naps is a great source, but remember during holidays international packs which usually take 3-4 weeks can take 4-5+ weeks. Basically from 17-25 days to 30-46 days. That usually is industry standard.
But as a fellow iron brother I get you, I always have anxiety waiting for my gear lol excited.

Sounds to me like the post office screwed up, has nothing to do with naps.

So, you should talk to your Postman.

Sometimes the post office can make screw-ups like this. It's pretty common.

napsgear is not the post office man.

submitting tickets doesn't do anything in this situation.

i wouldn't chase down the package if its lost.

Just give it a full month to get to you. And if you get nothing, then I would let them know.

A lot of times they'll say, out for delivery and not deliver, it really means they just ran out of time, and then they get a chance to deliver.

Post office can be really annoying.

For every 100 packages 1 or 2 will get lost or stolen, that's just the odds.
