you ordered during the holiday season and you realize there were more online orders made on black friday then at any time in history? that is A LOT of mail that has to ship.

if you ordered international to save a few bucks then that is on you and expect to wait a while to get it. there are more packages arriving through our customs then ever in the history of mankind yet napsgear is somehow at fault? AMH if you wanted it fast next time order domestic.

U a quick one. How much are they paying you? Just left an old post about you not liking naps at all I digress, I’ve ordered during thanksgiving and Christmas times a year and two ago but no long wait without any tracking updates either. It doesn’t matter though you will go to bat for your new boss. Just giving people a chance to see a real review and not the classic “ordered on Monday, shipped Tuesday, at my door on Thursday” type posts

@BoloneBoi22 are you saying no one can change their mind? if a source has issues and improves and becomes top notch, we should not change our mind? I don't understand why you're so angry.

Not angry it’s just hard to see fact from fiction with all the vague reviews. I understand finding the right source takes a while and I’m willing to continue with naps. Just wanted to be honest with my experience

@BoloneBoi22 I think depends on location and how clean your addy is too. I would rate Napsgear high on the shipping quality though.

Back with a support ticket update, basically give it 2 more weeks time then if no delivery get back at then for a reship. Was really worried about this one because even my lousiest naps deliveries would have at least been on the way by now. Gotta give their customer service a Up

you never answered the question if u made an international order or domestic. You realize international orders take 4-6 weeks right? I’m not sure why it’s naps Fault customs is slammed like never in history

i merely advised you to order domestic if u want it faster.
plus ur in cali and every American is ordering shit from china for their kids. U realize how jammed LAX customs is right now? How is that naps fault.

my naps order domestic took a week. Next time pay more for domestic if time is an issue. As simple as that.

nevermind naps is 3rd party so its the brands they sell that ship in the first place. Again how is that naps fault?

Did you order international?

Do you agree that more people are ordering online than ever before?

Did we (inc me) ''bash'' Naps in the past? No. I know for a fact that I disliked the 'paid reviews' (in reality those reviewing got a small (10% I think) discount). We'd get several in a day sometimes as that customer posted in a bunch of places. And I knew NOTHING about Naps. It was kinda annoying hence the less than friendly responses. Rarely, if ever, did we actually diss product.

Now by all means IF you have waited 2-3 weeks feel free to comment. But it's kinda obvious that that part is on the carrier and NOT the sender. If I send you X, Y or Z and the FedX guy doesn't know his left from his right hand or, if it IS international to save a buck, it's been sitting in a customs shed for a week to 10 days that's on me how?

Reviews are kinda silly in that way. I owned a supps company that sold cheap bulk amounts of whey protein. We'd ADD P&P to the order. Others 'included P&P'. Customers would bitch about the lack of 'free P&P'. I had to point out multiple times there was no such thing as 'free'. It was included or added. But never free. I still had to pay the Post Office or DHL. Heck, I even made money if they bought 3 items instead of 1 cos I had a good weight limit for the price. But reviews... ''1 star cos I had to pay shipping''.

Has your item been sent? If so who's responsible? Naps or the shipping agent? Or do you think Naps have some special NapsGear only little donkey coming over the mountain and it's stuck in the snow lol

ordering from napsgear is a beautiful thing
I placed my order on a sunday. By wednesday it was already on the way and by saturday it was in my mailbox
incredible job by napsgear on this quick turnaround
I really needed my gear fast as I wanted to get my cycle up and going before the holidays were here.
Use napsgear, they are amazing!

Would you pay with wire transfer or would you say to just wait till zelle is available again to buy anything from napsgear
I used zelle from other sites only and never done it with wire transfer kinda feel like something will go wrong if i do use wire transfer option ???

Wire transfer is also safe brother. You can use BTC as well for faster order processing.
