on the training thats good layout but we need training details, you should have a Log for training on your own if you're going Pro, all IFBB pros have training logs on paper or on notes in phone, Rich Gaspari for like 20 years as example
please post exercises reps sets and when you train and what you do as you do it
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
