Natural - Blood Results

Hi all, recently got blood results.

Was planning to do first test cycle. After looking at the results it does not look too good. Prolactin, ast, alt all high.

I am 26 5'10 100kg, lifting 6 days, vegetarian been training for 8 years. Diet usually is 400g Protein/ 200g Carbs/ 50g Fat.
Protein consists of 35 egg white, 5 whole. 4 scoops protein shake, soy chunks/milk, peanut butter

Supps: b12, multis, krill oil, k2, iron

Looking to get all your thoughts. Much appreciated thanks

@testemonkey this is not normal blood work, you have some serious issue to handle.

Are you on cycle now? TRT?
when was the last time you used gear and what was it?

Seems something strange and without seeing your log, hard to determine this properly as well.

Yeah my PT said the same. I have never used steroids before. I have used peptides bpc157 and tb500 for 2 months (5-6 months ago).

I have never had alcohol in my life, no other drugs, no cigaretes. My haemogoblin has always been lower end. These attached results were from 7 months ago. ALT/AST was much lower however my diet and protein intake was also half of what it is now 400g P~

@testemonkey in your case I would peg this to your diet, training, cardio, sleep and lifestyle.
To really help you, actual legit help,we need to learn more about you, so the EVO family can guide you.

please share a LOG journal with us in a NEW thread, put your diet training cardio sleep history and pics and we can support and guide you as a big community from there.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

the 400g protein a day isn't helping man. that is way way way way too much. 35 egg whites? why?

@LevButlerov, do you have any logs of your own? Be curious to see how you as someone that champions logs really does it properly.

vegetarian diet can be healthy or not healthy
it boils down to what exactly you are eating
 
I wouldn't Panic too bad
everybody on here has blood work that's a little off
 
well you got your answer with the blood work
obviously when you cut back on protein things got better
 
cut back on your protein my man
would be a nice log to put up where you do a before and after
 
this will be a fun one to follow
would like to know if cutting back your protein improves your numbers
