Hi all, recently got blood results.
Was planning to do first test cycle. After looking at the results it does not look too good. Prolactin, ast, alt all high.
I am 26 5'10 100kg, lifting 6 days, vegetarian been training for 8 years. Diet usually is 400g Protein/ 200g Carbs/ 50g Fat.
Protein consists of 35 egg white, 5 whole. 4 scoops protein shake, soy chunks/milk, peanut butter
Supps: b12, multis, krill oil, k2, iron
