Need advice on dosage and cycle duration

Hi, so I have already run a cycle of 250 test e and 250 Deca for 8 weeks 6 months back. Now, I'm on my second cycle, I started with 500 mg test e and it took me around 5 weeks to kick in, on 7th week I added 200 mg Tren e, now 8 weeks have been completed but I can't see any drastic change in my physique, obviously I'm progressing but nowhere near to my desired physique.

I was just wondering a lot of people say that a 12 to 16 weeks cycle is enough but how is it possible to make a good physique with good amount of muscles in just a short span of time with the dosages I'm using. I'm just concerned about my goals, as nobody wants a decent physique after using steroids because see the test is going to shut down anyways and I'll obviously feel shit after the cycle and if I don't achieve what I want then It hurts really bad.

1. Should I increase the dosages?
2. Should I add any other compounds?
3. What should be the cycle length to gain a good amount of muscle? I planned to cycle around 6 months at least because some very experienced people told me that you're wasting your time if you think you can build good amount of muscles in just 16 weeks with low dosages.
4. Is it necessary to take HCG on cycle? some people say we should not use it on cycle and some says we should. Tren is highly suppressive that's the reason I added 250 iu HCG every 3 days.

I started at 67 kgs and current BW is 74. I want to look huge not very aesthetic but doesn't mean a fat ass as well. Taking 500 IU HCG as week as well from 8th week. I didn't face any sides yet except some minor acne on face, not sure if it is because of the cycle as I'm an acne prone person but yes started taking some Accutane as well so I hope this won't be a big issue. Would be great if someone on this forum have enough experience to clear all my doubts.

Drugs are not magic. To reach your goals you need to eat and train for them. What do these look like?
 
you should not be using tren on a second cycle and certainly should not just be adding it in like that with no plan etc... i would drop it and leave it out completely... tren is for advanced users only and after one cycle only, you are quite a long way from being considered an advanced user

i also have no clue who you are getting information from but there's this concept called myostatin and that does not allow you to just keep gaining and gaining.. running a six month cycle is so far past idiotic and counterproductive, i dont know where to begin... someone with a fraction of a brain cell would give out such blatantly ignorant information.. you will only cause yourself more problems doing that.. just flat out stupidity on that kind of advice and a clear lack of any knowledge of how steroids work as well as the body...
 
Building a stage worthwhile physique or a worthwhile one in general takes years of dieting, dedication, tons of cardio the properly put together workout regiment, proper sleep, proper hydration, enough healthy fats protein and clean carbs, sweet potato, brown rice etc, drugs work no doubt about that, the problem I see is you are being impatient and greedy, what is built fast will be lost fast, slow down and work harder and learn more.

Stats are wonderful things but they don’t tell the whole story and it would be very helpful. If you could show us some pictures of before ,current ,and what you wanna look like pictures so that we can get a sense of what’s going on past present and future.

Now, your cycle seems good but short so far so a bit hard to judge.
I generally have clients on 16 week cycles and adding compounds hard to say.
you understand me telling you to take dbol without knowing anything about you is just irresponsible? the whole community thinks so
so you want real cycle advice? please share with us, please start a NEW thread with your LOG journal diary, show us your LOG diet training cardio sleep supps and gear pics and we'll guide your cycle as your team.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Thanks. See, I'm actually running all these stuff under a coach and he told me to just be patient and 500 mg test e and 200 mg tren e is enough for now. I started seeing results after 4 weeks, the test kicked in 5th week then he told me to add tren e 200 mg from the 7th week, the plan was to introduce tren in the 5th week but the test took some more time than expected to kick in, we added tren e 200 mg 2 weeks later. This is my 2nd cycle, I'm just concerned about my gains as nobody wants to shutdown himself for too little gains, and as I said before that I don't want to be desperate again waiting to start my other cycle after pct. Even after PCT it takes a lot of time to get back where we were being natty.

don't listen to pussies who tell you not to run this or that they're just jealous
 
I would log your journey this way you can track what's going on
side effects are definitely possible on tren so it's important to track it
 
you should wait on tren IMO
tren is one you wait till you truly hit a peak

but also training as well as diet so it's important to log both

you are not running this under any coach that knows how to use steroids with any sort of sensibility whatsoever.. these are not cycle coaches whatsoever... this is absolutely absurd top to bottom and literally some of the worst guidance and advice ive ever seen.. ive only been doing this nearly two decades now and have millions of people that ive coached, helped and that follow me so while i certainly do not think i know everything, i have a pretty good gras on it.. this is not any sort of "coach" whatsoever...

@justin121289 even under a coach, is he having you write a LOG journal? if hes a good coach he would have you log your cycle
