Need help finding a solid program

Whats going on ya'll? I just came off of rehabilitation from a torn ACL and lost a lot of my gains from the recovery time and not being able to get into the gym. So I am now looking to find a good, successful program to get on to set my goals and reach them. What is a good program that a trainer has that I could get on to get me back to my strength level and staying toned. Any help is greatly appreciated!
 
Sorry to hear about your injury but I am glad to hear you are getting back into the gym!

They might be a little bit too intense for someone just getting back into the gym but you can use them as a template.
