Need help for my 6th cycle

Hello Everyone,

My current stats
Age - 25
Height - 5’11
Body weight - 78kg
BF - Approx 14-15%

I have used many compounds in past - test, tren, mast, eq, winny, sdrol, primo, anavar and sarms too.

Now i want to start my next cycle after 6 months of gap from gym. I lost my gains. I have started working out again from last 1 month. Now i’m planning to start cycle again after 2-3 weeks. I want to get approximately 10% of body fat at 78-80kg body weight. What kind of cycle you guys suggest me. I don’t want to use tren due to mental sides.

Any advice will be appreciated

For anyone else reading if not the OP 5 (so far) cycles by age 25 is not good.

I'd also be interested in progress to date. What was you when you started? Bodyweight etc

Hello bro, i’m lifting from past 7-8 years. At starting for 1-2 years i have used only supplements after 3rd year i have introduced by body to gears. Please refer the attach photo for your reference this is my transformation. On left i was 45kg and on right i was approx 85-86kg. Now i want to be at 70-80kg with 10% body fat as i communicate before. Thanks for your response.

Impressive. The issue for me is still your age. I'm seeing far too many younger than they should be using multiple cycles. You should have maxed out natural limits before putting yourself in a position which WILL fuck your HPTA and ability to procreate as you'll want to soon.

You'd have gained much of what you have without using 'gears'.

Start, as many of my buddies will say, a log and we can see how you do what you do now, before we go any further.

When started lifting i have reached from 45kg to 70kg without any gear but after that i was not able to make any gains. So i started using gears. Recently i have done blood work and everything is fine.
 
Help guys i’m waiting for your response. I’m confused what should i do. I think i’m not asking too much 10% body fat with 78-80kg body weight. This is all i want
 
good luck, ive got absolutely nothing for you.. what you are doing is horrible and there's no way for my credibility i would encourage or advise anything like this.. i wish you nothing but the best.. you have no clue what you have done to yourself and how things are going to be in the future.. i hope that noone reading out there finds any of this acceptable or good in any way...

exactly, its HORRIBLE... i certainly have nothing here whatsoever to say or help with

I was doing prep for a show when i have used all those compounds. I know i should not mess with all those hormones at that age. But what is done is done. Now my question is you told me that all these things create mess in future. I have done my blood work and everything seems good. So, how all these things gonna affect me in future in what way ? Can you please elaborate it for me and what should i don now ? It will me much appreciated.

your bloodwork now has NOTHING to do with your future dude, NOTHING..

The problems with individuals that had not yet attained full physio-sexual development, is that that anabolic compounds are acting 9on locations within the central nervous system that are still under development. That is, that many receptors that are activated by Testosterone are STILL performing developmental functions, and you are stimulating them before they had the chance to fully create a working framework of hormonal balance that would sustain you for the rest of your adult life.

@Ns291998 welcome to the evolutionary.org family. I see you already used a lot of steroids so telling you to not use them now is a waste of time IMO, yes at 25 best not use steroids but in reality you're an adult and you made your choice already.

So lets talk about your cycle. If you want to get back on a cycle I think we should talk test/primo/eq with an oral base on top of it. But really to do that we need to talk more about you, you understand right? if we know NOTHING about you, its hard to talk cycles with you.

I coach a lot of guys and to properly coach you for the show we need you to start a NEW thread with a LOG journal diary where you post your diet, training, more pics, food pics, supplement info and sleep info and more, from there we can all guide you.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

build yourself back up to your natural peak first... what age was your first cycle? run us through what previous cycles looked like. health has to come first man. may not show up short-term but it will long-term.
 
8 kilos in 6 cycles. So about 3lbs a pop. That's actually average per year for a natty.

Diet needs work
Damn I didn't even catch that, thats disturbing, maybe underdosed gear? Or bad diet or maybe both? I know everyone responds differently with gear, I ran one cycle and put on 10lbs at low dose, how on earth did he only average 3lbs a cycle?

Bro i never used test e more than 250 mg / week primo 200 mg / week tren ace 150-180 mg / week same goes with masteron eq - 250 mg i believe in to get most out with little dose of compounds. I kept almost same dosage in each and every cycle.

Hello thanks for your response but i’m not able to keep update with logs because of my job. I have to give 12 hours per day to my job after that i have to prepare my meals, gym and manage everything. So that could be difficult for me.

My first cycle consist of 250mg test E 250mg deca 50 mg anadrol 100 mg tren ace 250 mg eq
