Without any concrete numbers, its all a guessing game and the issue with doing too much without confirmation is you can inadvertently treat the issue(s) incorrectly and make things even worse... the bloodwork should come very fast on something like this, no more than 48 hours so you should have some answers to see how to PROPERLY address the issue.. i would scale back the test dose in the mean time...
