Need Help with my cutting cycle/lean mass cycle

Hello i would realy need some ideas/infos about my cutting cycle
/lean mass

it will be my first cycle with test (i did some winny only cycle (i know stupid (wont do it again) )...

now that i want to cut with test and clenbuterol i wonder what should i add to the stack to get as much as i can out of it.

i was thinking about winny but winny last time killed my immun system realy bad so i was wondering what is price/effect/side wise worth taking with test i dont mind spend some more money to get some turanabol or anavar but i dont know if its worth it.. or should i get dbol with test? (i know its more of a bulking steroid but im kinda out of ideas..) or i should just go with the winny and just try to not kill my immun system again?
(i preffer spend some more money on the food itself instead of primo or mast expensive orals.. so my favorite pick for the cycle would be winny or dbol)


my idea was



week 1-12
test E 750mg
week1-3 0,02mg clen a day
week4-6 Off clen
week-6-9 0,04mg clen a day
week10-12 Off clen
week-13-14 0,06mg clen a day
weeks 6-14
dbol or winny or turanabol or anavar(1 of them) 50mg ED

weeks 1-14 + taper into pct
letro 2.5mg EOD



after week 14
pct Nolva 40/40/40/20/20/20

I would suggest you read some more on this forum .. Perfect pct is well explained in every thread pretty much and it is a sticky.... AND first test cycle and you go for 750 mg ??? I would start with 400-500 mg!!
 
You need to do A LOT more research.

A simple testosterone cycle of 10-12 weeks at 400-500mg/week is your best option for a first cycle. Being new to steroids, your body will hyper respond and you don't need a very aggressive cycle.

Second, don't use clenbuterol. clenbuterol is a very harsh stimulant that cause severe muscle cramps and insomnia in a lot of users. Not only that, it doesn't differentiate between fat or muscle. You run a significantly increased risk of loosing muscle tissue when supplementing with it.

Cardarine GW + n2slin on the other hand are both non-hormonal and stimulant free.

Cardarine is drug that binds to the PPAR receptor and is non-hormonal. Cardarine increases the expression of genes involved in the expenditure of energy, stimulates glucose uptake in skeletal muscle tissue and burns fat by stimulating fatty acid oxidation.
N2slin is a non-stimulant fat burner and powerful nutrient partitioner. It increases insulin sensitivity of muscle cells and helps partition the food you eat into muscle cells and away from fat cells.

Here's what I recommend:

Weeks 1 - 14
testosterone 400mg/week
cardarine gw 20mg/day (10mg AM 10mg PM)
N2slin 2 tablets 30 minutes before meals.
aromasin 10mg every other day

If you want to cut, Dbol should be a no-no, as it will make you bloat and retain water. As for the cycle, you need to do more research, but I will tell you a couple of things right away. First of all, don't use clenbuterol. It was never meant for fat loss, and you need excessive dosages for fat loss. Obviously, this brings along side effects. Besides, it will also eat up your lean mass, and it is not desirable at all. Better use something like Cardarine GW - it was designed as a recomp compound, so it burns fat without affecting the muscles, and even adds some lean mass. It has no side effects, and brings along a lot of other benefits. Therefore, it you want a good cutting cycle, do a testosterone with Cardarine cycle, add there some aromasin, and N2Guard. Make sure to run a proper PCT, because without it you will have a hard time recovering, and you will lose most of your gains. What's more, you will also gain fat without a good PCT. So never cut corners with PCT.
 
heres something basic and works.

enth 500mg wk 1-10
aromasin 12.5mg wk 1-12

perfect pct as laid out above

cutting is 90% dependent on diet man. eat good and do some liss or sprint training and you will cut
 
ok will do so.. i tried clen before and worked well for me on low dossage its just the sweat is annoying and more or less 1 of the sides.. and maybe light headed sometimes.. but will do so will get cardarine how much you lose in a month with it? and how long you take it

GW definitely helps keep you lean, clen can work but for the risks probably not worth it. Keep it simple man you are making this too complex, adding lean mass is EASY with just test if you eat right and train right
 
what about macros?i personally don't wanna go high in carbs since i bloat fast water,belly and i dont like the feeling..

Are you currently keeping track of what you are eating every day? Are you logging/recording your food? Your workouts?

Base your diet around lean protein sources (chicken, tuna, egg whites, lean beef, wild fish) and vegetables. Eat the majority of your carbohydrates at breakfast, pre workout and post workout. Stick with complex carbohydrate sources such as oatmeal, brown rice and sweet potatoes.
 
i did track now im just eating to keep my weight on normal lvl (IFFYM ) i was thinking about going 300p 100f and around 250 carbs is that ok? (fats coming from almonds,peanut butter) (ofc i would look at my weight and everything so i wouldnt gain too fast.. thats why i also wanna know whats normal ratio of weight gain while on this cycle)

Cardarine is definitely the best alternative to clenbuterol. The fact that you did not experience too many side effects with it before does not mean that you won't experience them in future cycles. Besides, one thing will remain for sure - lean mass loss, which is not a good thing. How much you will cut will greatly depend on the diet and training.
