Need some help with blood work

Hey guys wanting some feedback and advice on my recent blood work. Have started PEDS since October 2023 so about 10 months. Initially I ran a 16 week 500mg test + anavar cycle and since then have just been cruising on 200mgs. Wondering what I should be worried about at most. Was planning to start a blast phase soon not sure if it’s the best idea. Feedback would be much appreciated. Cheers

How old are you? why are you "cruising" that high? Do you not see that your cholesterol is NOT looking good and do you understand that can have serious ramifications on your health? you are using TOO MUCH test, and it shows.. not to mention your estrogen is too high on top of it... who told you to do this or is it something you just came up with yourself? did you have low test to start with or are you just cruising because you want to?

@Gh0st1 this is your first post so welcome to the EVO family, thank you for sharing your blood work with us :)

To start off, I think your self TRT dose might be high and you're not taking an AIs or SERMs, in addition I think the food you're eating is likely estrogenic (thats not just you many guys), you could be also overtraining which is causing cortisol and proG spikes.

If you want real analysis of this blood work, we need to know more about YOU personally, what you do and your situation.
You need to share with us, HOW?
well, you need to start a NEW thread with your LOG journal diary, put there your diet, training, cardio, sleep patters, your TRT "cruise" doses and gear and blood work, and we'll guide you on this cruise and into your next blast.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

your bloodwork issues can be solved 2 ways

1. cruise on an actual healthy cruising dose and not running about twice as much as you should
2. get on n2guard
 
if you want to do it the right way you got to log
that will be crucial this way we can flag any major issues
 
pretty common on or off steroids to see cholesterol numbers bad
that isn't anything too shocking
 
yes it's normal for cholesterol to be no good
but that doesn't mean that you should just not do anything about it
 
excess estrogen and androgens will cause blood work to be off
try lowering the dose first that's what I would do
 
you can try a different strategy when it comes to your cycle
maybe try changing up the way you do this
 
I think you just make some adjustments you'll be fine
no need to worry too much
 
if you picked out half the meat heads in the gym they would have worse numbers
don't panic but definitely get things back on track
 
get on n2guard
oh that makes a huge difference there's so many good ingredients
