Confidence is king. Silly example from 2 weeks ago and I wasn't even flirting (and just before starting the Var too). Some I'm talking with a buddy about getting inside their head and 'giving them the juice' to kick ass on competition day. A tiny attractive if always make up laden on to the max female member is a part of the conversation. She must weigh under 100lbs. I mentioned how if you get real, like REALLY, close to a person and you're as big as I am (like more than 3x her size) there' a couple of natural human responses. I did this with my buddy and he got, as expected, a tiny jolt of Adrenalin. Which I'd add too my shouting at him and even pushing him about (told him I was gonna do it) and then push him over to the bar to lift some big old weights. I can do 'the voice' (all commanding and shit like CT Fletcher ha ha) and have even done it in the gym to elicit this very response. They KNOW I'm not kicking ass or fighting but it's an attention grabber.
With Gemma I again asked her permission and then stood for a 3 count RIGHT INSIDE her personal space. Like she can hear my breathing and the normal response would be to step back (flight), tell me to back da fuck off (fight) or it's like a mating thing. She actually responded with a wow in that 'you're in here son' kinda vibe you'd get if you did this in a club and she liked you.
Now I was only showing them about nature and there it was. It was of no particular meaning to me cos it's a lesson but my buddy gets that jolt and she responded how she did. Without maybe meaning to.
Another silly example. Back in the day I dated one of my bosses at work (lived with her for 5 years so...). We went out to a works drinks thing the very night we hooked up. She, the later GF, was stroking my neck and paying me attention. Very nice n flattering as you can imagine. One of the full blown dolly birds (all blond hair and out there with it) suddenly starts looking at me (like on the fkin night) 'that way' cos she's thinking I was one thing and now she's seeing another. I'm all chill as fuck but I noticed.
Also (not that I'm fussed about clubbing now) I found that I went out to have a nice time the vibe of you all chill and happy and so on is attractive too
I'm at that age now that if I went out with buddies people tend to come over and say hi. The younger guys are all 'what's happening big man' and I'd be either enjoying my Guinness, or if in that mood, sipping brandy while buddies get the proper cigars out and knowing I could buy everyone in the bar a drink if I was so inclined. I've made my mark in a few ways that mean something to guys and THAT MUST (cos it sure does with me) make you chill and confident.
I've also said, just by virtue of being new to the scene, that I went through a brief if somewhat fun phase when I first arrived here in Wales after a LONG dry spell (hadn't even thought about it until then) and was dating multiple women at one time and making sure everyone knew (one 'extra' got all pissy about it... came here all angry and was literally calling me an asshole as she took her clothes off... that bad boy vibe for life ha ha).
NOT ONE time was I on PEDs of any kind. And I've even said I was suspect I'm in range on my test levels too.

I've heard this. Tren is argubaly 1 of 2 steroids that MIGHT (Tren did so in a study) have a mental affect in older men (60+).
Another example of the test thing NOT being what helps. I've said this before. Study measured test levels of violent, some an assumption of high test levels, cons (aka prisoners in Jail) and they ALL had lower than normal levels.
When you're out clubbing it's rare to see the older guys fighting. It's always young bucks. Not 100% high test but simply those who are controlled by and not in control of their impulses and hormones.
I think he posted once in this thread and that was it. I am worried about that dude. Hope he didn't get attacked by a Lot Lizard.

I personally like muscular men yes, but The majority of women don't. Or they do but only "underwear model muscular" not "bodybuilder muscular". I'm a female, have had female friends and we talk about this stuff. Any time a girl asks my type or i show a female friend a guy im seeing etc they will say "wow that's wayyy too muscular for me I don't know you find that attractive"

No need for steroids man. Just focus on diet and training. Get yourself into better shape and you will feel better about yourself.
