Hey Guys & Gals,
I'm 5'11 185 lbs. BF is 12-15 and age is 31. Work out 3-4 days a week for about 1-1 1/2 Hrs daily. Lean body/Runner. 1 Cycle only and I want it to be very effective and cause minimal effects on the natural production of Test and any other sides effects.
After research I've decided on the following 12 Week Cycle:
(please Advice if I should make any changes before beginning my First Cycle)
Any thing I should add or change to get the best result, since the first cycle leads to great results if properly executed with the right gear/diet/workout. Thanks in advance guys.
First Week:
Frontload: Test E 1000 mg./ Week 1
Arimidex .25 mg./ Week 1
Test E - 500 mg. / Weekly for 11 weeks.
Arimidex - .25mg. / ED for 11 weeks.
PCT
Week after the first last pin:
Clomid - 80mg / ED for week 1
Nolva - 80mg. / ED for week 1
Clomid 40 mg. / ED for 3 weeks
Nolva 40 mg. / ED for 3 weeks
