Yesterday was a rest day . Fasted for 24 hours . Went for a 25m walk before breaking my fast .

Upper body - 17 hours fasted
Workout
Incline bench press

45 lbs 12 reps
135 lbs 12 reps
2x 185 lbs 6 reps
Dumbbell rows
25 lbs 10 reps per side
45 lbs 10 reps per side
2x 60 lbs 8 reps per side
Cable lateral raise
3x 11 lbs 20 reps per arm
Cross body cable bicep curl
11 lbs 12 reps
2x 33 lbs 10 reps
Dumbbell triceps extension
3x30 lbs 8 reps per arm
Followed by 20m cardio ( bike )

Broke my fast at 23 hours
Adding pics of food and macros for last 2 days

Finishing my 7th week back to the gym .
Happy with the results but very far from my end goal .
Looking forward to keep sharing my progress and keep learning from the EVO family .

i like the 23 hour fast but can we push to 48hours rolling

@ElDurko he's doing 48 hour rolling fasts in his log and he's a new dad too

Always in deep ketosis - not eating anything to get me out of ketosis . I still use the keto strips every couple days but it’s pretty redundant . This is a couple minutes ago

cardio before breaking your fast is fantastic it forces your body to really attack those fat stores I highly recommend it that's why even professional bodybuilders do fasted cardio in the mornings before their first meal

Yessir loving the fasted workouts and the cardio is going great as well. Haven't been this consistent with cardio in a while.
I was wondering what your opinion about 48 hour rolling fasts while on cycle and with my training @stevesmi
Also would you recommend I stay at the same macros with 48 hour rolling fasts ? Currently only doing 23h ish fasts + the occasional longer fasts . @Eddie Haskell

you can alternate day fast. that has been proven to actually HOLD muscle (even increase it a bit), while shedding hard to burn body fat in studies

or you can do 2 days food, 1 day fast that way. lots of ways to do it

23 hours fasted right now, will be going for around 50 hours of fasting at which point I will be breaking my fast with Sushi.
Decided I will be trying out at least 2x 48 hour fasts a week and the rest of the week will keep it up with the 24 hour fasts.
