yes I suggest 3 days non fasted but during the non fasting days keep 16/8 schedule and clean

we should get you started on cardarine gw, have you used it before? good for fat loss and cardio

Honestly taste was 10/10
Super simple and ready in under 15min
Cut an onion , add it to a pan with oil / butter on medium low heat for 2-3 min - meanwhile add paprika , cumin , salt , pepper - put on high heat and add your liver . 3-4 min per side and it’s ready

You should be using approved sources for cardarine gw, check umbrella labs or RCS they approved and trusted https://researchchemicals.co/
dont use non approved as they can send the wrong GW like 071 etc not what you want and has more sides
 
Just broke my fast at 49 hours
Had my food in a 2 hour period and now fasting again

Legs - 46 hours fasted
Hack squat
45 lbs ( per side) 8 reps
3x 90 lbs( per side ) 8 reps
Barbell RdL
135 lbs 8 reps
4x 225 lbs 6 reps
Lying Leg curl
5x 120 lbs 12 reps
Seated calf raises
5x 90 lbs 20 reps
Followed by 40m cardio ( bike )
And 20m abs


Adding pics of food and macros . Had some chicken liver , an avocado and Home made chicken broth with added potassium and sodium for electrolytes . Added some olive oil and butter to both meals .

Today was my lost day on cycle .
Time to wait 2 weeks and start my pct .

Starting weight was 278 lbs
I am now officially down 50 lbs - 228 lbs


Lost 50 pounds of fat in a little bit under 14 weeks .

Have been staying in ketosis with no recarb days for the last 3 weeks now . Checking with strips but also tracking it and keeping net carbs at under 25g daily .

Wonder if I should change anything with my diet and training during pct ?
 
Made some amazing bone broth from cow tail and cow hooves that I finished today .
Will be making some more tomorrow .
