135 lbs 8 reps
4x 225 lbs 6 reps
Lying Leg curl
5x 120 lbs 12 reps
Seated calf raises
5x 90 lbs 20 reps
Followed by 40m cardio ( bike )
And 20m abs
Adding pics of food and macros . Had some chicken liver , an avocado and Home made chicken broth with added potassium and sodium for electrolytes . Added some olive oil and butter to both meals .
