New female amateur prep compound help

119 lbs goal (last prep, winstrol + primobolan 2 injections 1 and 1 per week 3 months)
5'11 around (5'10 - 5'11)
result very lean in 12 weeks dropped 44lbs

Diet
10 whites 1 yolk egg breakfast
70gr rice 100 gr lean pro (rice), 2 tbs oil, 1 protein scoop afternoon
some raw fish food with 1 tbs oil

This was the last diet getting me the best.

Allowing me also to drink alcohol twice weekly. (LOG)

Workout routine:

Cardio once a week 30 mins inclined fasted walk when shoulder/arms day.
Leg days 3 times weekly.
Total workout days 5.
1 leg compound day 3 presses 1 reverse squat, one other glute 3 workouts, one other 3 lunge/glute focused
3 side delts, 2 triceps, no biceps as I involve them in my back day
back day 4 workouts involving rear delts

1 hour each session
 
Both coaches are dicks,ignore them fools,they have their best interest at heart,not yours,forget steroids and estro blockers young lady,that's my opinion.like it or not,I think you are gonna fuck up your hormones/endocrine system listening to these guys.as for women taking male hormones I wouldn't advise to do so.thats just me though.

this is all you eat whole day? can you clarify

or is this 1 meal?

this is VERY low calories

why not cut out alcohol? it only keeps you from achieving goals

Sorry for the delay. Christmas, family, little travel.

Log, as far as I understood what it is (english is not my native language).

Beginning:

5'10 height.
No real issue in my body structure, just some water weight, not harsh but typical young woman cellulite (beginning of saddlebags etc) and slightly watery arms. Long legs, good booty structure, big breasts. Naturally not muscular wide shoulders so quite v shape. Overall very lucky with my body to be one who always ate and drunk what she wanted without working out (weight: 155lbs). Within 14 weeks, 121 lbs.
Winstrol & primobolan shot each week, one and one with liver protector.

Workout routine: 5 days workout, around 1 h each, with cardio up to 1h+10/15.
3 days legs, one compound not much weight but resistance 15/20 reps possibly 20 each set. Mostly 3 presses + reverse squat x 3 reps.
Othe leg day hip thrusts, lunges, other 2 butt machines. Same.
The other ham focused bulgarians and 2 other curls + cardio 30 mins.
2 other days one back & side delts, 3 + 2 workouts, cardio
then 1 complete delts 3 & cardio, 30 mins

Pictures only privately. No problem but no public.
 
About the diet: quite dramatic. I was around 1100kcal/day and never had cheat meals but had some nights out drinking dry alcoholics with my girls. So yes it was about eggs in the morning, rice with white/once a week red meat lunch, shake in the afternoon and raw fish in the evening.
