I just recently created my account after spending some time on the forums simply reading. I have done a few cycles years back in my mid 20's but stopped for a while. I am getting back into AAS now.

31yo 5'11 225lbs 15-20% bf

This winter I ran sustanon and dbol and gained 30 pounds. I am about 5-6 weeks post cycle and kept 25 pounds of that. I am looking to cut down a bit this summer. I am not competitive at all although I have friends and family that compete. I never had the desire to step on stage.

I look forward to learning more, reading and talking with you guys for my own fitness goals but also for my gf who is looking to learn and develop her physique. She took anavar last winter and got decent results from that but she isn't very knowledgable on the subject of HRT. Glad to see some female posts about advice and sups.

Anyway, thanks for all the advice and info. The community seems great so far. Cheers

Welcome to Evo !
Glad to have you here................................... JP

Not sure what you mean but welcome to evo. Women don't do HRT of any kind that I know of.

@JackSteel, sorry I mis-spoke. I just meant she and I are both new to females taking hormones (anavar etc.) but I am glad to see some threads and posts on the subject. I was just going over my reasons for being here and what I am looking to learn. Sorry, wrong wording I suppose. Thanks for the reply and the welcome.
