Hey guys new to this site. Needed help with a bulk cycle. Never taken anything before since i really never had anywhere to get it from. So if someone could help with that it would be awesome. Oh and is there any where i could do a bulk cycle with just oral pills and stuff? Btw I donno but im around 90 kilos and 24 about 6'0 not alot of muscle on me for some reason i donno why im 90.

Anyways Thanks! Hopefully i get some help haha

Take your time and do some Reading on Cycles and the different compounds.

Hey bro, orals suck and are super liver toxic if u don't know what you're doing, make sure your diet and training are in check. Those will be the biggest factor.

You have never taken anything before? All the more reason that you need to invest several hours reading this website.

Search Evo for cycles, logs, and sources. That will occupy about 10 hrs of your time.
 
Welcome. What I did to learn about different compounds was search each one and what they do, how they work, the side affects of each one and what's usually taken with what and why. If you do that, along with read random forums, you'll learn a ton.

If you want to supplement your diet and training with anything, look into SARMS. Particularly the SARMS triple stack. http://www.evolutionary.org/the-SARMS-triple-stack-protocol

After the triple stack, run a mini PCT. 4 weeks of the following:
clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day
n2guard at 3 capsules/day

SARMS are minimally suppressive, there is no risk of amortization (therefore no estrogen related side effects), legal to use and don't require injections. You can get everything you need off sarms1.com, n2bm.com and ag-guys.com

Welcome to the EVO community! You need to do a little research first. Do some reading, come up with a first cycle, and the members of our community will move you in the right direction.
 
step 1 is diet and step 2 is training to build size.

lots of skinny dudes walk around with gloves during curls and doing the ab machine all day. how are you supposed to grow when you do that?

need to hit the cleans, squats, deads, bench, militaries, rows, pullups, dips, etc etc. those are what build mass
 
Yer i know man been going gym for a couple years now on and off was about 67 when i started now about 90 was a struggle, Don't really mind about no rips and cuts and being shredded just want a far bit of mass.

what is your cycle experience? any? need more info
 
No experience what so ever. Just normal protein and creatine but never did any kind of cycle.

Trying to eat a bit more but it's crazy cause i got a fast matabilism so i haven't been able to move from 90.

Welcome to the site bro. I can tell you from experience that an oral only cycle can be a pain in the ass if you don't know what you're doing. I've been a member one here for a year and I've learned more in the last month of being an active member than I have on my whole journey. There is plenty of info on the site and the vets will be more than willing to steer you in the right direction. Good luck man!
