Nice jobWanted to show everyone this stuff my wife uses since everyone thinks I'm eating breaded chicken. If 100% pork skin. A serving is 1/2 oz with 80 calories 0 carbs and 7 grams of protein. But, I'm willing to bet there isn't even a half oz on all the chicken I eat in one meal. Furthermore. I only have this maybe once a week or once every other week because I try to keep pork to a minimum anyway. So we are really talking about the most miniscule amount of anything at all. It's so little of it that sticks to the food that I don't even count the protein in my daily protein intake when I do have it, you'd literally have to eat it with a spoon to get 1/2 oz serving because the stuff weights nothing. Honestly it's probably more egg ilon the chicken from dipping in egg to get the pork crumb to stick. That chicken brest has nothing else on it but seasonings and then it's air fried. I'm definitely not fucking up my diet with bread.

I do as many as I can on my own and then use resistance band to assist with the rest.
Bent over barbell rows 6x10 with 135lbs
DB chest pull overs 4x15 40lb DB
Lat pull down 6x12 85lbs +15lb resistance band.
Spider curls 4x15 20lb DBs. (That's up 5lbs in a week with the same reps)
Incline curls 4x12 10lb DBs (up in weight, couldn't quite squeeze out the same reps yet on these.)
Dinner
8oz of NY strip
3oz chicken brest
3oz of broccoli
2oz of sweet potato
Gonna do a 10 min walk after dinner then try to squeeze in mor chicken brest before bed to hit 200 grams of protein for today
