@Nobodyknows go slow i agree lets see step by step dosage increase dont go too far with it, you can always go next cycle
 
What’s up bros here’s what I ate today felt like some stir fry sounded good so I got created and stayed within my calories and macros, I did sacrifice 200 calories on sauces today but worth it as I need shit to taste good to keep me motivated, here’s the macros sheet and a plate dinner today skipped breakfast

Hit some chest today
DB incline 65s 2 sets to failure and 2 sets of 12
BB incline 225 2 sets of failure, drop set and another 2 set of failure of 135
Plate loaded press 2 45s each set to failure
Cable flys 50 4 sets of 12
Flag bench 225 for 4 sets of 225

Bicep/back
DB curls 30lbs 3xfailure
DB hammer curls 35lb 3xfailure with 2 drop sets
Cable curls 3x12
Wide grip pulldown 140 3x12
Seated rows single arm 3x12
Pull ups until failure
Close grip pulldown 120 3x12
Cardio 3 miles or 20mins
Diet more stir fry chicken and lean beef
Cycles going great no major issues besides light insomnia, digestive is giving me an issue don’t know if that’s a side from the tren or not would love some advice to get the flow going again

Got bloods done also everything looks great so far as liver/kidney function total test is 1500 free is 340 estrogen is 136 (no estrogen effects feel great) prolactin is great only thing is digestive issues

I'm assuming your total testosterone was capped at 1500
