New to steroids and interested. Advice needed.

New here and was curious about starting my first cycle, looking for advice. I am a 34 y/o Canadian male, 6’2, 215lbs and have been training for 2 years now. A little hesitant to start a cycle due to costs so I am thinking I would only cycle once a year for now.

Currently sitting at around 23-25% body fat that I working on dropping (estrogen, I know) and am looking at approaching my first cycle in the healthiest way without burning a hole in my pocket while increasing my strength, and seeing/maintaining great gains.

Will be taking blood tests before, during, and after cycle. Have attached a blood test I took 3 and a half months ago for reference.

My diet has vastly improved since my last blood test as I was eating out a lot more where I barely eat out nowadays (hi cholesterol was a scare).

I haven’t really been testing out my maxes too much at the gym but do push myself hard. More focused on intensity than volume.

My numbers:

Squat: 230lbs 8-10 reps
Incline bench: 135lbs 8 reps
Deadlift: 315lbs 3 reps
Seated Overhead press: 135lbs 8 reps
Pull ups: 6-8 reps at current weight, 10-12 reps at lower body fat

I wouldn't even consider running a cycle until you redo your blood test.

Need to get your HDL/ldl in check first, as the cycle will knock it out of whack.

But you will need to start a diet and training log for advice. The guys here are really good but won't advise without a log as they need something to go on
Definitely. Was going to have blood checked beforehand. I have logged my workouts for the most part but not my diet. Will start doing that more seriously and will post.
 
oh a first cycle should just be test only, see how your body reacts, dosage will depend on you, a lot these days start off low rather than jumping straight to 500mg, depending on dosage 3 bottles of 250mg test e should cover it, you will need a AI on hand Adex etc

You will also need your pct, your test levels are good so you will want these to bounce back. Don't skimp on your pct!!!

Dylan has a pinned post, I'd recommend go have a read. He also has videos on you tube as well.

If your running just test your pct will probably cost more, I get the don't want to burn a hole in your pocket, but I'd suggest having a decent amount of cash put aside.

Only use the approved sources from the site the guys in the USA/Canada will recommend which are best for your area
 
are you sure those are your body fat % stats?

might want to post up pics to get an accurate number
if so then i bet once you get your body fat where it needs to be cholesterol numbers will get back into place.

might want to start up a pre cycle log. we have several going now, then you can hit a cycle once you get body fat down to 15% or so

No not completely sure. Was told that number by someone in the fitness industry recently, but they could have just been trying to be nice.

Will definitely be focused more on getting this fat off before I do anything.

@jortothemax welcome to the evolutionary.org family. Very happy to have you in the family and asking.

First you look good, strong base you have muscle under the bodyfat and you're fairly in good starting shape.

Now on cycles, thats hard to say even from your bloods that are a mess.
If you want real help with an actual steroid cycle, we need to see you start a NEW thread to help us understand you.
Start a NEW thread with your LOG journal diary, add your diet info, training details, pics and supps and sleep and we can guide you into a cycle but need to start with a LOG.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

if you want to use steroids then use them it's your body
a lot of people have used them who look worse than you so I'm not sure why people would say not to use them
 
you need to do a pre-cycle log
this comes before you start messing around with powerful compounds

for sure get your log up and going
we need to see what you're doing when it comes to your diet and see what needs to be improved

that's going to be what you need to do before you even go near any steroids or anything else

no need to wait. get on them and push hard
 
you would be making a large mistake using steroids in your current condition.. you are far more susceptible to side effects and problems with an elevated body fat.. you can do what you want but i assure you, it is a large mistake at this time...

Yes I know that. Like Steve said, if I do make the jump, it won’t be until I’m around 15% bf.
