New to the forum, my story and test questions

Hey everyone,
I am new on the forum. A little background on me….. I am a 47 year old married dad of three kids. 12 and 10 year old boys and a 4 yr old girl (not that it matters I guess). I was a trainer back in my early 20’s and over the years I’ve studied and researched diet and training since then so I’m pretty aware of what needs to be done in that sense.
Back in my early 20’s (when I was a dumb kid still) I did a short 6 week cycle of deca and dbol. Fast forward to 2014, I was 37 yrs old and decided I wanted to do a fairly low dose of test cyp. My plan was to stay on for 10 weeks and then get blood work to see what my levels were but I never did. I was on 125mg a week of test, clomid (don’t remember the dose), and arimidex after.
In 2016 (39 yrs old) I wanted to do it again. This time I got my bloodwork first and my test was 323 ng/dL. I never ended up doing it.
In January of 2020 I was at my lowest point of my life physically and mentally. I was drinking at least a six pack a day and 3 or 4 days a week it was 10-12 beers, whiteclaw, or vodka. I was also eating fast food at least twice if not three times a day. I am 6’2” and I ballooned up to 265lbs and for my me, that is obese. I made the decision that I was done with all of it and got super strict with my diet, weighing everything I ate and started running. In September I did a challenge called 75HARD, two workouts a day, strict diet, gallon of water, and read 10 pages of a self help book everyday. That was over December 5th and I was 183lbs.
Since then I stopped running and my diet wasn’t great so I gained some weight and got up to 195-200lbs but lost pretty much all the muscle I gained so in reality I put on probably 25lbs of fat. A few months back I decided to get back into it and have been completely strict with my diet and training and I’m at 170lbs now.
I want to start a low dose of test cyp again because with how low my test levels were 8 yrs ago I’m sure they are lower now. Even with the strict diet and training I have zero energy, zero sex drive, always tired, and overall just feel blah. To be honest and I know I am probably going to get shit for this but I’m not going to get bloodwork first. Just looking for some suggestions on test and AI dosages.
I apologize for the novel but I just wanted to hopefully answer some of the questions I would be getting.

@TCB77 welcome to the EVO family, thank you for sharing a hard part of your life with us. Don't worry, you're NOT going to get any "shit" from us, EVO family is a support and no judgement zone, we are here to guide and help you, not judge your life choices. Many of us were recovering drug addicts or alcoholics, I'm the latter used to drink until I can't remember anything lol. (including in the gym haha)

From what I'm reading you want to change your life and get on a full cycle, but before we do this, we need to get a full understanding of you as a person on a fitness level. How? please start by sharing a LOG journal in a NEW thread with us, put in your current diet training test use supplement use cardio sleep and more history and we'll guide you from there into a full cycle.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

might as well do trt, sounds like you need it anyway
but i would be curious to see bloods before you do
 
bros I would still get blood work done so you know the numbers
even if you go trt it's still good to know for reference
 
the best thing you can do is put up a log Journal
we would love to see you succeed
 
I like your story for sure
being healthy and being happy is the key in life
 
we want to see you succeed and be your very best
please ask us anything you want and get your log going
 
you honestly need to get your full blood work done
here this way you can flag anything that's going on
 
I think you're going through what a lot of people go through who are in your situation
you just need a reset and need to change things in your life to get you motivated a log is a great way to do it
 
Thanks for all the replies. I am going to get bloodwork done now. I actually called my doctor and I can go today to pick up the request form. Also, I will start a log.
