My lifting days are sun-day, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday. Tuesday and Friday are "off" days when I do an hour cardio. Saturday is sabbath, so complete rest.
I'm thinking Tuesday and Thursday, after lifting, begin my fast at noon. So when I get to my cardio next day, I will have fasted for approximately 20 hours. Then I can maximize fat burn and gh secretion at night while sleeping.
Thoughts? Am I thinking correctly?
