Hello EVO, I'm really glad I found this place. I've been learning and reading a lot. Great info here. Anyway a little about me. I'm 37y/o, 168, BF% around 8-9% (just a guess). Been training for over 15years. I got started in powerlifting but had to give that up due to injuries. About a year and half ago, I really dialed in my diet and have seen great results. It's become my lifestyle now. I have a couple of cycles under my belt. Just started cycling about a year ago. 1st cycle was Test P and Winny. 2nd cycle was Test E and Deca. Not looking to do another cycle until the new year. Looking into a bulk cycle. I want to add 15-20 lbs.

I will continue to learn as much as possible and hopefully be a contributing member. I look forward to everyone's advice and help.

I should add that I'm cutting right now. Training as much as possible when life or work doesn't get in the way. Usually 5 days a week with cardio after every workout.

My Macros are: 2279 Calories. 250gr of Carbs, 200gr of protein, and 50g of fat.

Glad to have you here. I personally would bump up your protein a bit to 250g.
