Hi all, i am new to this so need as much info as i can get. I have been on and of the gym but only just taken it seriously the last few months. I want to do a cycle but want to get as much advice/before i do. I want to hit the gym for the next 6 months to a year natural then get on a cycle but want to use that time to get the correct information.
I am a 34 year old male , 191 pounds, muscle 42%, fat 23% . BMI 25.3.
basically i need info on a good diet, good workout plan, beginner cycle and PCT?
If there are threads with this information please point me in the right direction. Any help is greatly appreciated.
