Newb hear need advice

Hi all, i am new to this so need as much info as i can get. I have been on and of the gym but only just taken it seriously the last few months. I want to do a cycle but want to get as much advice/before i do. I want to hit the gym for the next 6 months to a year natural then get on a cycle but want to use that time to get the correct information.

I am a 34 year old male , 191 pounds, muscle 42%, fat 23% . BMI 25.3.

basically i need info on a good diet, good workout plan, beginner cycle and PCT?

If there are threads with this information please point me in the right direction. Any help is greatly appreciated.

first off are you sure on those stats? if you go by those scales they are extremely innacurate

best to put up pics and get a log going so we can tell you your bf%

Not 100% I'm just going off what the machine in the gym told me. Its what It said. Any advice is welcome

standard start is 500 mgs test C per week split into 2 shots so 250 2x/wk. you can do IM or SUBQ shots. have some aromasin on hand for e2.

Before we talk steroids or anything else, you understand its hard for us to give you a diet or workout without knowing your diet or workout or lifestyle now right? we don't know anything about you, like nothing about your life or you. So what you need to do is share with us, HOW?
well, start a NEW thread with your LOG Journal of what you do now, lifestyle diet training cardio etc and we guide you into a full cycle from there on.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

please put up pictures
the machines at the gym are not accurate
 
nailing down your diet is going to be huge
especially if you are really over 20% body fat
 
definitely start a log soon
we want to see you get the best results

your log will be epic
make sure you are honest there is nothing to be shy about
 
definitely open up your log with your picture so we can see what you look like
from there definitely update us with your diet and your training
 
Bros take a few moments to check out some of the other logs as well
look at the Transformations and look at the way people have structured or logs for best results
