I want to do a cycle but I’m hesitant. I’m 28 years old and have been working out for three years. I’m pretty comfortable in the gym and have a relatively good diet and gym regiment. I don’t want to compromise my health but Ii will admit I do want to turn it up a bit in the gym and physically. Iv been on the fence about cycling for some time and have had some reservations. Iv heard “if you don’t want to be a professional body builder” then.. My question: is there a cycle I can do with all the appropriate precautions that will have little to no side effect? What would a low risk/side effect but effective cycle look like?
