Hi All

Just wanted to get feedback on Test stacking cycle. My stats - Have been training since 16 and I am 46 now at 196Lbs. I have done test and deca cycles about 10 years ago. Current day I am on TRT (have bloodwork done and a doctor with prescription) and have been for the past 5 plus years. Dosage is very small currently at 100mg a week. Also running HCG and 7.5mg t3 daily along with dhea as well. I have had good results and am not looking to get huge. Expectations for cycle is lean muscle mass - also since Covid been working at home and have put on some fat around my mid-section. So I was thinking of doing something like increasing my test and adding either Anavar or Primo but hear it's hard to get real primo henc ethe anavar.

Test I was looking to increase to 250mg per week for 2 weeks then 500mg for 6 weeks so total 8 weeks and then back down to my normal TRT dosage of 100mg per week. Can I please get some recommendations on what to stack it with? If I can gain some lean muscle mass and also remove/trim down the midsection that would be ideal.

primo and anavar are what i would look at.. i wouldnt go to 500 mg though, i would keep it at 300-350 mg per week....

Anavar 20mg per day - 4 weeks from start ? or thru the whole 8 weeks
Arimidex (Anastrozole) .25mg twice a week
DHEA - 50mg per day
HCG - 2.5ml twice a week - 10000 IU
T3 - 7.5mg per day

Oh so also I have nordic and syn approved reps from this forum for purchase as I live in Vancouver BC

Test is good but you might wanna go to 10 weeks. Your blood saturation will be 100% at 4-5 weeks and at 8 weeks you would only have that benefit for a couple weeks before you start coming back down. Just my opinion.
Anavar i would run closer to 50mg/day. Would prob add it last 4 weeks.
Arimidex- .25 is prob a good start but only bllods will tell you if you are good.
DHEA fine at 50mg
HCG- Why? You are 46yo
T3- 7.5mg is 7,500mcg! Typically you would take 60-100mcg daily. Verify what you have here. Last thing you wanna do here is blow up yopur thyroid. Also start low at 40mgc/day and wrok your way up and same when you come off.
Make sure you use organ support.

No, you are on TRT. Just drop back down to your normal dose.
 
Gotcha - the HCG was doctor recommended while on the TRT so I can take that out. Sorry your correct the dosage for the T3 is 7.5MCG :)
Ok I think the only item left is what do you recommend for organ support?

One final question - if i do the primo instead of anavar would I still need the n2guard - prob best to take anyways but was wondering as the primo will not be a oral - thanks

now on the cycle you have some things that need to be fixed

testosterone keep at 250mgs/week
anavar bump to 40mgsday and add n2guard 7caps/day and use it whole 8 weeks

the T3 might not be needed especially your doses, you sure you need 7.5mgs?

reality is what i said above is just guessing really and all the guys in the thread giving you steroid advice, while respected, are also guessing because we dont know anything about you nothing about your diet training sleep supps and more

you want real help right? not just generic cycles, well then post a NEW thread with your LOG journal diet training cardio and more

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Thanks for the detailed response. So the T3 was a typo its 7.5mcgs not 75mg. After reading all the feedback I have decided to delay the cycle for 2 reasons, I dont want to be on one during xmas so 8 weeks would have put me close.
Also I do have a log diet etc tracked which I think is a better way to go. So I will be back in the new year and follow up then with a new post for my log and go from there. Appreciate all the feedback this forum is one of the best support networks going and for someone who had real issues with sciatica pain and not being able to even stretch to touch my toes the TRT that I started a few years ago was actually life changing. I have zero issues with my lower back now and I saw countless chiro, physios and docs who couldn't help.
