No benefit from TE 500mg/week. Got blood results but don't understand.

I've been training naturally for at least 4 years. Completely on top of sleep, nutrition and workout plan. Experimented a lot over those years to find what works best for me.

I started steroids a few months ago. TE 250 mg + HCG 1000 iu, per week. TE and HCG were each split into two intramuscular injections per week.

First vial was Platinum Testobol from UGLOZ. Took just under 2 weeks to start taking effect. Sex drive went up. The gains from each workout weren't consistent but I'd say it about quadrupled my gains. I started adding more volume to my workouts. However, the gains quickly slowed and my sex drive went back to normal. Second vial was the same, except I took 500 mg per week. Despite this, it was having absolutely no effect. I tried taking Aromasin. 25 mg per week. One week I did 50. One week I did 100. Nothing changed so I stopped. For the third vial, I tried Bio-Pharmaceutical Grade Testoviron-E from RoidStop (got their email from their posts here). I took 500 mg per week for 2-3 weeks before giving up on it. I'm struggling to make any gains at all.

So, I got some blood work done:

Testosterone: >64.5 nmol/L (amended report a day prior: 115.8 nmol/L)
Free Testosterone: "not calculated when the total testosterone is >64 nmol/L" (amended report a day prior: 3618 pmol/L)
Oestradiol: 366 pmol/L
Eosinophils: 2.9 /nL (their reference was <0.5)

Those were the only levels highlighted as abnormal.

I watched 'Avoid High Estrogen Side Effects On Your Cycle (Anastrozole)' by Dr James. He claims that, while cruising or doing traditional TRT, you want a 13-18:1 ratio of Testosterone:Oestradiol. While on pre-blast or blast phases, 25-75:1. That seems to vary wildly, so I'm not sure what to think. Really need help.
 
no clue who dr. james is, probably another fake social media doctor .. but if he is seriously recommending adex as the best Ai then i would stop listening to him asap

@7uvra welcome to the EVO family! very happy to have you here sharing with us.

I cant say on any claims by any "doctors" but I can tell you this, testosterone or steroids work and they work well BUT they need a lot more to really play properly.
The truth is training, sleep, diet, supplements , cardio and many more issues play a role in gains, in fact maybe 60-70% of the gains.

If you want actual help like true help, we need to know more about you, how?
please start a NEW thread with your cycle LOG journal , share diet training cardio sleep history cycle info
and we can help you and guide you as an EVO family into the results that you wish

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

you're not going to have the same results every time
 
put up a log for us
it will give us more insight on your progress
 
training and diet is also very important
it's not just about using steroids
 
some people don't respond well to certain things
you got to change things up and be more creative
