No Response from N2BM customer care

Hi Mods,
i have been chasing Lindsay from N2BM to help me up with my shipping address and sadly its been more than 10 days without any success. she did reply few times but my address isnt getting through their website.

is there anybody who can help me??

bro probably your email going to spam or bouncing...this does happen sometimes...you know how internet is...give me your email addy...ill hit their rep up and get them to help you directly....n2bm are good people this is just a misunderstanding...

bro i'll foward it to them in a few hours...after the gym....
 
I had similar issues. I emailed, called, tried to live chat. I had to threaten a chargeback from my credit card company before I got a reply. They did finally get my product out.
 
The mods on here do not run customer service for N2BM, you have to hit up their email on their website for that. check your spam folder, they will 99% of the time get back to you within a business day. I know cause I been using them for years and its always been their #1 priority.

Check the spam folder of your email. I have never experienced anything but top notch customer service from n2bm.com.
 
I had a similar issue and the problem was the time-zone difference from their staff to me it took an extra day for me to get the reply. I like n2bm because it is the only brand that has this high level of customer support, the place is top-notch.

absolutely. worst case just PM one of the staff members on here and we will route you to the right person to help you

they always make good with customers and are very friendly
 
Most probably there is some technical explanation to your situation, since I have never had any situation with N2BM that would depend on their employees. I would check out the spam box - one of my customers was complaining of not getting answers from N2BM, and then it results that he did actually get answered, but all of the emails would end up in the spam box.
