nobody talks about dianabol anymore lol

I’m 66 years old, 265 and I can move cars. Still rocking the weights everyday. You younger clowns on here have no clue what it was like back in the day. I used to train with Arnold at the old golds gym when I was very young. We used to take handfuls of dianabol and chew them with our corn flakes for breakfast. Now nobody uses dbol anymore, you guys on here are soft as hell, every single cycle should include dbol if you are wanting to be your very best and you shouldn’t even count how much to take, just take a handful with your breakfast and grow like a weed.
Also if you weigh under 220 pounds then you have no business using steroids PERIOD. I don’t care how tall or short you are, anyone under 220 pounds is weak. And if you are under 200 pounds then go take up knitting. So sick of these skinny physiques I see today. You should be eating every meal until you feel like you are about to throw up. That is the proper way to do it.
 
One of our most senior members is utilizing d-bol and talks about it all the time, tons of people still use that compound.

Zero reason to come on here and act like this. Pretty immature for a 66yo. If you don’t want to be positive and supportive of others why did you join this forum? Just to act like a child?

dbol is one of the top selling steroids today.

not everyone is after a lean physique. still plenty of people out there who bulk and go for strength so it is still utilized.

also as a weightlifting coach/judge i can say that the younger dudes today are infinitly stronger and stronger then ever. we have come a long way with sports nutrition and the excellent equipment available. example when i was 20 there was 1 gym in my town! and it sucked. now there are gyms on every corner. in fact planet fitness offered FREE memberships for teenagerse all summer.. so we are seeing better and better physiques today then ever. this is why records keep being shattered. hell nobody thought anyone would ever run a 4 minute mile but people are doing it for the first time now in human history

curious to hear what mobster has to say about your thoughts maybe we will discuss it on an upcoming podcast. just know i disagree with you on most of it but i respect your opinions nevertheless. i can say from a psychological standpoint when people call others 'soft' or 'not masculine' etc. that is just a projection of themselves. its called reflecting on your own insecurities
