I’m 66 years old, 265 and I can move cars. Still rocking the weights everyday. You younger clowns on here have no clue what it was like back in the day. I used to train with Arnold at the old golds gym when I was very young. We used to take handfuls of dianabol and chew them with our corn flakes for breakfast. Now nobody uses dbol anymore, you guys on here are soft as hell, every single cycle should include dbol if you are wanting to be your very best and you shouldn’t even count how much to take, just take a handful with your breakfast and grow like a weed.
Also if you weigh under 220 pounds then you have no business using steroids PERIOD. I don’t care how tall or short you are, anyone under 220 pounds is weak. And if you are under 200 pounds then go take up knitting. So sick of these skinny physiques I see today. You should be eating every meal until you feel like you are about to throw up. That is the proper way to do it.
