Never used anything before at all. Ive been through a ton of posts but the information is a bit overwhelming, not to mention the lingo is hard to follow. I've been training for 12 years, diet is good. I'm tired of just the "athletic" build. I'm not looking to go full freak, just want to look like im serious and need the boost. Any advice on what and how much to take would be great, even a link to an obvious thread I missed.
