Noobie First Cycle - MK 677 vs LGD 4033

52 Yr Old male, 150lbs, 5’7”. Lift weights 5-6 days / week, do cardio 6-7 days per week. Looking to add some muscle mass, but scared sh!tless of going to full fledged anabolics (especially if they require needles). Was thinking of MK 677 or LGD 4033 for a 8 week cycle.

I like that MK 677 doesn’t require PCT but don‘t like the potential for insulin spikes. Sounds like LGD 4033 is the “safest” place to start but that does require getting hands on a PCT.

Any recommendations for this dumb schmuck? Thx
 
hey bro.. mk677 needs to be ran far longer than 8 weeks.. 8 weeks will give you next to nothing but 677 is also not what you want for getting more muscle mass either.. it will provide some but not what you are wanting.. lgd is more suppressive than other options to go with.. ideally, a good first stack is the original sarms triple stack

1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

Yowza. That is quite a cocktail Dylan. Is there a more subtle way to easing in to this world? For example, I have excellent endurance from years of triathlon training, why Cardarine, if objective is muscle growth? I can ride my bike aggressively for 3-5 hours and I do 45-75 min of cardio regularly with no issues?

On the PCT - can you educate the benefits of BOTH Clomid or Nolva and GW? Not meaning to question, just trying to educate myself.

@DrDre71 If you want to add more muscle mass Nutrobal mk677 and lgd4033 anabolic are good ideas but you need rad in there.

8 weeks
Cardarine Gw 20mgs/ed
testolone rad140 20mgs/ed
anabolicum lgd4033 10mgs/ed
n2guard 7caps/ed (organ liver support)

pct 4 weeks
nolvadex 40/20/20/10
hcgenerate 5 caps/ed

but this cycle might be the best or WORST thing you can do because we dont know much about you, we are just guessing maybe you can even use oral anabolics why not? before we go on please share your LOG journal with the community so we can guide you.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

52 Yr Old Male, 5’7”, 149lb. Zero experience with any gear. Supplements include, 5g of Creatine per day. 175-200g protein per day. 2000-2100 calories diet per day, trying to run 5 days a week at 200-500 calorie deficit to shed belly and approaching 14% body fat. 20-30 years of consisting recreational lifting of 4 days per week. Very strong cardio base. Pretty average ectomorph physique.

Since covid have been hitting the weights more aggressively. Current program includes a modified PPL:

M: Chest/Triceps - 20-24 sets for body part
T: Shoulders - 22-24 sets
W: Back/Biceps - 20-24 sets for body part
Th: Chest/Triceps
F: Shoulder
Sat: Back/Biceps

I don’t do legs as I have pretty solid legs from cycling.
Cardio is 5-7 days per week, 45-75 minutes. Trying to dial intensity down to burn more fat, while trying to pack on muscle.

My latest research and thinking is pushing me toward Anavar. I want to dip my toe into this world, not yet ready to go to syringes. Call me a pansy. Hoping to start with some baby steps. Now really stumped between Anavar vs Osterine as they do seem as least suppressive of all options and would like to see what a 6-8 week cycle of this translates to.

cardarine is great for both endurance and fat loss. its almost like a no brainer to use it as your base. but of course its an option
