I started weightlifting about 6 years ago. 100% naturally. I used to be an endurance athlete so the shift wasn't easy. Overall gained 35 pounds while staying relatively lean due to a regimented diet. Keep in mind i was frail as hell! I've been taking it slow ever since and slowly got my feet wet with PEDs last year, starting with oral only cycle of anavar 8 weeks and a proper PCT with Nolvadex after getting bloodwork. I got my levels back to normal but then life got the best of me (stress, divorce) and had to get on TRT after several months of bad test/estrogen bloodwork results. I could not get back to my base level due to the stress.
I got my bloodwork done two weeks ago and I'm now looking to get into my first supraphysiologic cycle with test cyp. Again I want to take it slow as I always did, using mild/moderate products to better access my tolerance. I aim to do:
- Test cyp : 200-250 mg a week for 12 weeks, this may be modified as I seem to be a very prone responder according to the very low TRT dose I've been prescribed and its impact on my test levels.
- Anavar for 6 weeks, 40 mg a day. To build up some strength during the build up/saturation period of the test cyp which I guess takes a few weeks.
- As needed, 12.5 mg of Aromasin every 2-3 days. I'm not sure how strong my estrogen conversion will be so again, I will access the signs during the saturation phase of the test cyp.
- TUDCA, 250mg twice a day.
- Then two or three weeks after the 12 weeks cycle, i'll have 4-5 weeks PCT with Nolvadex. 40 mg for 2 weeks, 20 mg for 2-3 week.
I've been maintaining for 4 months now. Currently at 167 lbs. Looking forward to your comments and eager to see where this goes
