Yes they are.. sometimes it takes them a couple days to reply but I've recently dealt with them

So far nordic fusion has been great until now. I got out of jail and had to live with my parents as a 23yr old man. So, basically i ordered and ask for tracking and explained the situation. Never gave me tracking at all and it arrived and my mom opened it and threw it out. Ive emailed 3x in 4 weeks asking if aa refund on atleast 50% of what i ordered could be sent out if not ok. but now it week 5 and NO REPLY from NF.
Thinking i might go with PUR PHARMA since i heard the quality is better.

You haven't emailed us 3 times. You emailed yesterday under 24 hours ago. No need to lie on forums. We delivered the items to the provided address and in under five days for that matter.
You emailed us demanding we re-send items on the house because your parents threw out PED's you delivered to their address. Lol.
You should not be ordering this stuff to your parents house and then attempting to hide it.
We stand behind any mailing issues but obviously this is not our fault and the forum will read this and agree.

like i said im not entitled to a refund as i said if not its fine. I think you need glasses. I just asked if its possible because i asked for tracking and didnt get it. Not complicated buddy.
