I always log my cycles and food. I let my trainer log my workouts. However, I am trying a new app to see if I can streamline my log between my phone, Naps website and Evolutionary.
This is simply a test log from this morning’s arm workout. I think if I log in the app and then click “share,” it will produce a nice little log that I can then copy and paste into Naps and Evolutionary.
Please bear with me as I attempt to streamline. I couldn’t find another place on the forum to test this out.
