I always log my cycles and food. I let my trainer log my workouts. However, I am trying a new app to see if I can streamline my log between my phone, Naps website and Evolutionary.

This is simply a test log from this morning’s arm workout. I think if I log in the app and then click “share,” it will produce a nice little log that I can then copy and paste into Naps and Evolutionary.

Please bear with me as I attempt to streamline. I couldn’t find another place on the forum to test this out.

Morning Workout

Set 1: 25 lb × 30

Notes: Iso hold. Finish with double

Bicep Curl (Dumbbell)
Set 1: 25 lb × 30
Set 2: 30 lb × 12
Set 3: 30 lb × 15

Notes: Iso hold finish double first set only

Concentration Curl (Dumbbell)
Set 1: 30 lb × 15
Set 2: 30 lb × 15
Set 3: 30 lb × 15

Triceps Extension (Dumbbell)
Set 1: 30 lb × 15
Set 2: 30 lb × 15

Reverse Curl (Dumbbell)
Set 1: 20 lb × 15
Set 2: 20 lb × 15
Set 3: 20 lb × 15

Notes: Zottman Curl

Hammer Curl (Dumbbell)
Set 1: 30 lb × 15
Set 2: 30 lb × 15
Set 3: 30 lb × 15

Reverse Curl (Barbell)

LOL. I am prepping my log. I just need to test some apps so I can enter data ONCE and then be able to copy and paste for Naps and Evolutionary.

Stay tuned. I am waiting for my domestic order to arrive.
