NPP 300mgs a day?

Was talking to a powerlifter at the gym. He took me to the side and we were enjoying a protein shake together after the gym and he was telling me that his secret is he runs 300mgs PER DAY of NPP. I thought that was crazy because that comes out to about 2000 milligrams per week.
The guy is huge but he’s one of those guys who has a big gut and he walks around with his chest puffed out and all he does is lift heavy weight but he only does about six or seven sets and then goes home.
I would like to get strong as well do you think this strategy would work for me I’m 28 years old and I’m 170 pounds and desperate to get stronger

If you never want to get a hard on again sure go for it. No its stupid idea. You have to train hard in order to get stronger. The drugs are just a small piece of the entire pie that is required to get stronger. Sleep, eat, train, fuck. All those need to be perfected first.
 
no it isn't the right strategy for you
what happens a lot in the gym is people make dumb statements
i bet he meant 300mgs of NPP per week, not per day. don't follow what people do from the gym

Well what are you currently doing to get strong?
Diet and training are paramount. He’s big and fat but weight moves weight. You are small and skinny. That doesn’t move weight. You don’t need drugs you need a good training plan and you need to learn how to eat.

Not always more is better. Start with the basic. Training, diet and recovery. Then sprinkle a little sauce on. Then the magic happens

So far in my short run with aas that has been 100% the truth

Each to themselves with what look they're trying to achieve. If that's the look you want you don't need 300mgs of NPP per day.... not good for you brother.

The biggest thing here is to eat lots and lift heavy. Takes years of hard work in the gym to get massive. The gear will help you achieve your goals but you need to take it wisely. Good luck brother!
 
please do yourself a HUGE favor, for you own good, and stay a million miles away from any steroid or ped of any kind until you do a TON MORE research first.. the forum is full of information so i would highly suggest reading as much as you can first and foremost and then start to ask questions and learn from others... you are a very long time away from using anything
