Body Fat 15% (no idea estimated): Alwas been 8 to 15% was competing in combat sports.
Training Experience (in years): stated training at 7 years old up to 19 (karate bodyweight endurance) Went to the canadian army discovered bjj after that I did
5x5 training for a few years first few month went to 135 to 145 (alwas been around 140-150 was doing competition for boxing or bjj/mma at 135-140 pounds alwas had to a cut a bit.
Did a bit of everything but had major injuries from a neck crank from bjj at 23 years old and had multiple tendons injuries with most was taken care from prolotherapy + doing a class on biomecanics knowing what to do etc. Had injured my ankle from an ankle lock
had a hard time walking from 28 to 33 years took 5 years to heal that stupid injury also torn a meniscus right knee from wrestling. Pretty much now everything is healed since 2 years ago Tb-500 and BPC 157 helped ALOT. Should have done that 10 years ago.
My latest injuries slaptear on my left shoulders from bjj/boxing 4 years ago. Last year did anavar for 6 weeks helped alot gained 5 lean mass but what helped the most was my left shoulder was finaly stable. Years of nerve pain gone only a few month ago saw a dumb kiro (my mistake)
wanted to gain more mobility but got super worst did an other shot of prolotherapy and bpc 157 now it's stable. Doc said best option was to gain more muscles around the shoulder to make the muscles do the work of the labrum. (from experience that what did the best results for me)
Am already hyperflexible from martial arts got that injuries from takedowns and tons of kimuras's done to me.(Shoulder joint lock) You can loosen a join with manual therapy/yoga etc but cant tighten it up unless you do prolotherapy or an operation.
On paper i was better doing the rehab than the operation cant put a new meniscus they would just put the bicep tendon to somewhere else soo dont triger the pain but would lose mobility etc. Pretty much last resort.
Training:
I really like and got best results with HIT training I find the basic mouvements and get stronger each workout pretty much i use machine for upper body because my left arm got atrophy to a point it's lifting like 30% of the weight compare to the other.
Cant get into detail with the physio it's a bit of a mess to explain but 1x a week max effort to beat pr
Ex: Did press machine with my good arm 4month ago 70 pounds 20 rep (tempo 3sec) now am doing 150lbs for 10 rep each workout had somekind of progress reps or weight.
Went each week 70lbs 20rep,75 20 rep,90 20rep, 105 13, 105 18, 120 7,120 9, 10rep, 15rep, 135 8, 9, 150 7, 10 rep (i wont put it all but give you an idea of each workout progression)
Just started working both arm am at around 35% strength soo each week gonna do multiple small workout soo my left arms adapt soo more frequent training soo i get around 70% of my left shoulder strength. Works just gota be patient it's just with work kinda hard to recover as much that's why i need more mass and strength.
Did the normal physio but had lots of result with corex rehab for instability on my shoulder joint if you guys wanna check it.
The other training are kickboxing and 1 day focus on shoulder arms for rehab with one big pr training with machines. I track the progress others are more small training for specific muscles.
When i get back on anavar/npp am thinking doing the Arthur jones method (2-3 times HIT training a week with my physio) You max 1-2 set of each muscles groups etc i'l go in details later
Diet:I go around 2000-3500 calories eating clean right now i stay same weight but gonna bump more food each week. It's hard to keep high calories when you cut gluten and milk product (can eat cheese but it's from goat or something less progress) Small intolerance but nothing major.
I try to stay away of procces food. i got a few meal prep i do but if anyone got any link to any other logs that got lots of simple meal prep ideas am down for that.
Supplements:
Magnesium biglycinate, D3, K2 that's year long other might be for the liver or for health where i gonna use it for a certain point of time. and multi Magnum Nutraceuticals Primer Performance had like 7 pills each day inside.
Take colagen each day and tons of garlic (in canada weather is shit and everybody catch a cold)
Blood Work:
Recent Blood Work: Yes but i live in canada they wont show you the results they just say it's fine. I know it's a pain in the ass but right now cant say what is what. I'l have to hasle to doc after cycle.
Cycle time in 1 to 2 month gonna start. No point of doing a cylce if am in shit shape and diet not on point.

Cycle Plan: ANAVAR / NPP cycle 6-8 weeks. I would preffer 6 weeks but i think most people gonna suggest 8 weeks. i only wanna do 1 cycle per year or 2 max.

Pre-week 10 mg anavar stay with that after week 4 add 20 mg? Or might start 20 mg earlier

NPP what i've seen convert just a bit on estrogen soo probably better off with just novaldex pct?

Last time did ANAVAR 20g for 6 weeks after 3-4 felt abit shit brainfog lower motivation etc. But man the result for my shoulders were permanent.Soo it helped alot after that for work and working out.
Also my shoulder dont cause any inflamation now it's just really freaking weak soo it's time to get that strength back up.
I can finaly train both arms and more frequent without having that nerve pinching pain of the shoulder up to my neck. Started dieting for real and bump the frequency of training soo each week get harder and start the cycle in 4-8 weeks.
Few questions on Injection time for npp every 3-4 days? If i do Sub-q I probably better off everyday or every 2 days? Any recommandation.
