Approved Log NPP Anavar Shoulder recovery training log

Diet i eat like around 8-9 , 12h, 15h(snack) 17h,21h In the day i drink water with electrolyte creatine and taurine on the job
morning start with glass of water room temperature
4 large eggs with goat feta and spinish A banana alwas multiple times a day with a bit of blue berries a few brazilian nut for selesium / Sometimes 3-4 eggs with cereal (corn or rice cereal with soy milk) with 10 gram protein colagen in it.(Pure beef from XPN)


Lunch probably a pita with chicken or beef meat with salade or just a left over. Most meals it's alwas somekind of protein (meat, tuna,sometimes beans) with a carb rice or potatoes sometimes bread if am making a sandwish. If i did a big workout might get a cheeseburger with a good quality meat not mcdonal shit.

Diner making the same as lunch or my wife make one could be differant things homemade pizza, chicken with vegetable and rice.

at night i might make tuna with Zucchini and left over rice with chocolate 85% with natural beanut butter or almond butter. Most vegetable i eat the most is Zucchini carots and pepper. I like the cosco mix if i dont have any fresh one and cook them with tons of good spices paprika cumin etc
If my meal is to small i'l take a shake with it. (Colagen protein with soy milk banana blue berries with peanut butter) might add cream of rice in it. i'l post most meals later. To be honest i just need to eat more and get more meal prep.


For the training i'l write it later this week Right been doing every 2 days shoulders work with adding 5 pounds each session. Soo i can balance my left shoulder with the right a bit. Soo lower intensity with more frequency. Will do that for the next 1-2 week after that gonna change for a real training prep where i can push myself with both shoulders.

Also taking bpc 157 250 1-2 shot a day if i take 3 shot i get Diarrhea lol

We Can see the Muscle Atrophy of the left side compared to the right. Left side no side delt at all. I'l start this week doing the classic bicep curl/tricep extension.​

I wish i could do like in my early 20e and do gomad was easy to add 2000 calories haha.

My favorite cheat meals are homemade high protein ice cream.

@yoluigi thats an interesting diet but seems a lot of "ifs" and "probably", like pita bread? or pizza or rice those are interesting but hard to track for us.
could you please share some macros?

you look great, Im not sure I can see the atrophy in pics, you actually look really on point and thick
big arms big shoulders and lean very good body :)

I eat salmon 1 times a week cook lots of stuff with coconut oil, avacado oil or olive oil. I dont eat that much fats alwas feel bad when am in a high fat diet alwas felt good on High carb, high protein and a bit of fat. I cant take whey protein alwas feel bad after unfortunatly that's why i take the other protein. (beef bovine) Like i said before i just need to eat more gota find some simple meal prep i can add to my existant meals am doing.

That is the goal as for flexed some photo's here and the back. Right now 152 lbs
Today started doing some shoulder press machine with the natilus machine did 2 set felt fine and some cable fly's felt fine was shaking alot on the left side but gonna probably adapt in 1-2 weeks. At least i can start doing stuff gradualy without having the nerve pain.
Also did a full body felt pretty good.

Got a question On the 6-8 week cycle when i start should i mix proviron after the 6 week to replace anavar or just keep the anavar till the end.
Was thinking doing
First 2 weeks just anavar since it does not suppress that much 10mg. after that 6 weeks of NPP (got 10 ml of 150 per 100) Soo should be good for around 6 weeks at around 225-275 dosage per week.

Thanks i'l get some proviron later. Also About novaldex should i use it 1-2 weeks later after npp is out of my system.
I only do shoulder press infront of me soo am fine if i would do the normal one. I would probably trigger some shoulder impingement.

Soo now am at 153 lbs (added 3 lbs since the start of this post) gonna start my cycle October 1 and log more my progression.
Went from 60 pounds lat pull to 85 pounds without hurting my shoulders started also doing Front press on the nautilus machine felt fine and slowly getting my old strength back. Also taking more and more calories soo feeling pretty good starting taking a F@£k load of supplement. I have alot more energy than before. I'l share all my supplement and photo of gear soon.

on the new cycle I would start with testosterone only base
2 weeks in start adding more see how you feel

Probably the first of october. Am not really interested in the testosterone profil. NPP/ Anavar is more what am looking for my body healing injuries etc. Already taking daily BPC 157. Goal is 6 week cycle. Training Split my in training into 3 training one upper body, Shoulders and arms and legs and physio in between my workout + flexibility and a bit of kick boxing.

chromium picolinate at the far right Primer is a multi vitamine there is like 7pills. Only thing weak in the stack is there not alot of Omega 3. I got some zinq for after cycle and tribulus and other herbs (test booster) to help recovery at the end of my cycle + Mk 677.

@yoluigi you should have n2guard in there its a must for organ liver support and recovery
