Approved Log NPP Anavar Shoulder recovery training log

Arguably only if you ARE recovering.

Plus show me a pro who does 9-10 exercises per workout (even if some are shoulder and some back etc). It is, at a minimum, 5-6 exercises too many. Esp while you're trying to recover. Like I mentioned above think about having 1/2 in one session and the other half in another.
It's small exercices that dont require alot of energy more rehab endurance (only 1 sec). It's not doing heavy dumbell row i do that an other day. My workout are normaly 3-5 exercices pretty much. But i understand what your saying. I'l split it more

Price on blood aint what cost alot is seeing the doc and telling him i want a full bloodtest the hard part. I'l search for a private one this week with just getting blood done.
With my problem is my rotator cuff is fine (IRM) I dont have any inflamation it's really just instability of the joint.(took 2-3 years off that's a shit load of time trust me) Soo the goal would just get more mass where my muscles has a hard time contracting. After 3-4 years i can finaly feel my bicep contracting now (took a long time labrum was pinching the bicep nerve)
Soo right now am at a point where i just need more muscles mass to make my work easier.

Thanks mobster for the tips. I never tried Glocosamine probably gonna buy some this week and try it out at a higher dose.
I got a shoulder day where i do 9-10 differant exercices and progressive overload it works. All rotator with lower trap and rear delt etc (mutliple rows variation)
are you training now? Im not seeing lower body work or cardio
i would try @yoluigi glucosamine, chondrotin, msm, fish oil and bpc to start off

They been fixed a long time ago with peptides and physio (torn meniscus) i can do kick and alot of mouvement it's just leg press heavy and some other lift because it put pressure on the meniscus. The meniscus is like a cushion soo it's more when you put alot of pressure on it. All my ligaments etc are fine.

Anybody tried IGF LR3 while on or off cycle to help injuries and recovery is it worth it? I tried 10 years ago it made me eat like an animal but dont know if it had any healing effect.

@yoluigi I see makes sense :)

on the IGF1 lr3, it does help recovery for sure, could be worth it if you cant get you hands on HGH, do you have HGH access? I would use hgh over IGF-1 but if not, go with igf-1, recently we had @RoidRage69 using IGF-1 in his log you can check

yeah saw that but i got some mk-677 aint as good as real GH. (hard to find good one) IGF might be an experiment later. I'l stick a bit with MK-677 since i already have it right now.
