It's small exercices that dont require alot of energy more rehab endurance (only 1 sec). It's not doing heavy dumbell row i do that an other day. My workout are normaly 3-5 exercices pretty much. But i understand what your saying. I'l split it moreArguably only if you ARE recovering.
Plus show me a pro who does 9-10 exercises per workout (even if some are shoulder and some back etc). It is, at a minimum, 5-6 exercises too many. Esp while you're trying to recover. Like I mentioned above think about having 1/2 in one session and the other half in another.
