Npp/test e cycle log!

What's up bros I've never logged a cycle before and thought it would be fun. I took some time off training and dieting (5+ months) after a car accident and got fat as shit( over 20% bf). Long story short I've been training pretty consistently with a pretty damn good diet and just started my cycle today . I'll post a day 1 pic and keep you updated as the cycle goes.
Cycle history : 3 dbol and test cycles that's it
Current cycle
Weeks 1-16 test e 700mg split 2x weekly
Weeks 1-14 npp 600mg split eod
Weeks 1-16 AI .25 eod

Pct: 18-21 novla 40/40/20/20
Clomid 50/50/25/25

Please , I'm open to all suggestions let's get this ball rolling !

Thanks I'll be updating when i "feel" a difference. I have been dieting around 2,300-2500 calories in the past few months. Now since I started my cycle I will be upping my calories 200-250 per week until I reach 3500-4K calories with 300-400 protein daily. I pinned 2.5cc's for the first time ever in the ass which Is slowly creeping up on me soreness wise lol

2.5cc in one cheek! Lol yeah it's not doing as bad as I thought I would but who knows tomorrow will be when I really find out. But I'm doing 2.5cc in my cheeks and for my npp only pin days I'm doing 1.25-1.5 cc in my delts

All in all, the cycle looks really great, and I am pretty sure that it will make it much easier to get where you need to get in terms physique. However, I would recommend to reconsider your PCT as it is now, and run a more complete PCT in order to ensure a proper recovery and result maintenance. Your cycle dosages look good. I personally would add in an anti-prolactin drug like cabergoline. NPP is a nandrolone and will raise prolactin levels in the body.

The biggest red flag I see is your PCT. The old school 2 SERM nolvdex and clomid PCT is not optimal at all.

A proper PCT ensures your natural testosterone production fully recovers and that you keep the majority of the gains you made on your steroid cycle. Thanks man it feels good getting back to where I was. Hit shoulders today nothing crazy to report.

Side lateral cable raises- 4x15

Facing into machine shoulder press 3 sets of 10/10/10 reps dropping 40% each time. So pretty much 30x 10

From db raises 12
Superset 4 rounds
Upright bb Rows 10 reps

Db flys 4x15

Db bent over flys 10-12 reps
Super set 4 rounds
Reverse rear delt pec dec 20 reps

Db shrugs 4x15

Bb shrugs 4x15

Looks like a good workout. I generally can't do that kind of volume on my Delts, as the fatigue quicker than my other muscle groups. 4-5 exercises and they arr spent. Good luck washing you hair for the next few days....

Hey guys I'm about 2 weeks in and feeling great. My libido is thru the roof and I'm getting stronger . The joint lube from the npp is awesome noticed a lot on shoulder press here's an updated pic.

Sorry for the slack boys I suck at writing details so I'm going to get to the point. Im very strong right now. I hit 365 x5omm bench. I don't squat more then 270x12-15 due to knee surgery I've had. I'm weighing in at 210 at 5'7. I'm slacking on cardio . The remaining of the cycle I'm going to hit cardio harder and throw anavar in . Any advice on the anavar would be great never tried it .

Go for it man. Make sure you start another thread if you are going to log it. I would be in to follow along. I am a huge fan of logs both from the accountability aspect and the leaning opportunity for our forum members.
