Hey guys,
Been distant past few days. I had a major water leak that flooded my home basement.. Lost about 6k in personal property.. I got to rip it the thing to frame. Going be on as much as I can but real life issue screwed me.

Be back as soon as I can.. Get jacked...
 
I'm hoping that your Home Owners Insurance covers the Damage.
Don't know about where you are, but I've got Additional Coverage through my Water Provider for inside Pipes Breaking.
Also another Coverage for the Sewer Line from the House to the Street Connect in case they need to replace it...................... JP
P.S.
The One for my Inside Pipes gives me 2 Free Calls every year.
It's about $128 a year.

Sux! At least it's just things that can be replaced. Seems like your taking it good. Best wishes there hope you can get it wrapped up soon.

Good stuff. And a good reminder to check our policies about water back-up/sewage back-up/pipe breakage coverage. Most coverage disappointments are in this area.

To make matters worse, it's tough to file 2 of those claims within a couple years. You'll likely get booted to a high risk company for 3 years - super high rates. For small claims you're often better off not reporting them. Especially water damage and theft.

That is the most important part! As long as your gear stays intact, everything will be fine.

But seriously, feel sorry for your problems. Hope you will get it solved soon, and did not lose anything that can't be recovered.
 
Dang bro..mos def sorry to hear..i jus delt with that few in july when i joined thats why i had to take a break from the forum..had my sump pump go out on me...took a minute to get the musty smell out..but all is well now bro...hope all is well for u too..

Be carful n getr done keep ur head above the water that sucks I rent were I live there's no drain in the garage no French drain out side in Front of the doors the dumb fuck who built this place was Clueless it floods the garage every hard rain it sucks I no how u feel
 
Bro that sucks!! I feel your pain. Had two big quakes here and water damage through my house due to a burst main. Shit gets mouldy and feral real quick. Hope you got your Gazelle out before it got wet! Cant have it getting rusty and seizing up :p
